Team Join to Dominate Local Real Estate Sales

where we have achieved over 400 #1 rankings and over 2,000 Top 10

The Internet's
importance to real estate sales continues to
grow dramatically. Five years ago only 2% of the buyer's used
the Internet during their search. Today, more than 80% use the
Internet and those that do earn 26% more than those that don't.
Our team's Internet dominance at the local level, where homes are
bought and sold, directly benefits our clients with better pricing, greater
selection and faster transactions.
2003 marked a milestone in the technological evolution of real
estate sales. For the first in history, more buyers used the
Internet for home information than newspapers. The Internet is

The agreement with Realtor.com furthers our local lead by
capturing a 50% market share of Realtor.com local traffic. No

The Highlights of the Realtor.com & Robin's Team
Agreement:
- Robin's Team and Realtor.com sign agreement for 50% market
share of local Chicagoland traffic.
- While there are over 3,000 agents in Chicagoland, no other
agent, office or team has capture so much internet traffic.
The new agreement will further extend the Team's lead by
delivering 1,000's of additional buyers each and every month.
- The ads will deliver over 75,000 Illinois buyers directly to
the Team's websites each month.
- Five unique ads will be seen over 300,000 times/month by
local targeted buyers who will be one click away from the
featured homes on the Team's website.
- Traffic numbers projections call for a 25% increase over the
above numbers in 2004.
- Internet buyers earn 25% more money, 90% rely on a real
estate professional and represent 81% of all local buyers.
- The Team's organic earned over 400 #1 and over 2,000 Top 10
search engine rankings. This agreement supplements the
organic campaign by eliminating search engine fluctuations.
